"Quote was close, but the wait was annoying"
I sent in my old iPhone and the final offer ended up being close to the online quote. They did point out a small scratch that I forgot was there, so the price dropped a bit, but not enough to make a big deal out of it. The only frustrating part was waiting a few days to hear anything back. I kept checking for an update and it felt slower than it needed to be. Still, the offer was fair overall, so I’d give it 4 stars.

"Support got back to me really quickly"
I was feeling trapped with the issue and didn’t know what else to do, but support got back to me fast and helped me sort it out quickly.

"Shipping was easy, easy, easy"
Shipping this was way easier than I thought it would be. The label printed really fast, and I mailed it out with no problem at all. Super simple, super smooth...

"Offer was way lower than I expected"
I went through the process thinking the payout would be at least somewhat fair, but the offer I got was way lower than I expected. It made the whole thing feel like they were more focused on keeping as much money as possible than giving a reasonable payout. Maybe others have a better experience, but for me it just didn’t feel worth the time

"Got paid faster than I expected"
I’ve used a few similar services before and usually end up waiting longer than promised, so I wasn’t expecting much. But this time the money showed up in my PayPal way quicker than I thought. Happy with how smooth it was
